I would like to respond to "Fontana needs balance," Sept. 9, as well as comments by others about how much they like Joe Baca.

Fontana Mayor Mark Nuaimi and City Councilman John Roberts are men of vision and conviction. Just look at the advancements and achievements the city of Fontana has made under the direction of Nuaimi and the City Council. Joe Baca might be one of the good ol' boys to some, but it is time for a change. It is time to replace Joe Baca and his illegal immigrant/Hispanic agenda. I personally sent him information about the wrongful prosecution of Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean and asked him to co-sponsor HR 563 to give these men a congressional pardon, which he did not do. These two men were just doing their jobs, trying to protect America and stop an illegal alien from smuggling drugs into our country.

We need to forget about partisan politics and pick the person who will represent all of us, our laws and our beliefs. I have always been a Democrat, but I am voting for John B. Roberts for the 43rd Congressional District because he believes in American sovereignty, a strong and secure America, enforcement of our laws and he will represent us all.
