• Reduce “categorical” programs and allow more “block grants” to states for Eduction improvements.
• Establish full scholarships for all veterans, federal peace officers and firefighters or their surviving spouse and children.
• Schools should focus on the basics – Math, Science, Reading, Writing and History – not be used for social policy or trendy social experiments.
• No schools should provide contraceptives to students without parental permission.
